Ripley Sub-Acute Hospital, QLD
The Ripley Sub‑Acute Hospital project in Queensland is a major health infrastructure expansion designed to meet the needs of one of the state’s fastest growing regions. The project delivers a three storey, 90 bed facility co‑located with the existing Ripley Satellite Hospital, providing specialised rehabilitation, geriatric, palliative and interim care services to ease pressure on nearby acute hospitals such as Ipswich Hospital.
Gerflor’s high performance vinyl flooring and wall solutions were specified throughout the hospital, delivering a durable, hygienic and design led finish across all clinical and operational areas. This included patient rooms, corridors and walkways, wet area bathrooms and specialised high‑tech zones requiring strict infection control and performance standards.
